As a woman, I want to deal with an honest and cost consious salesperson, and Sean works hard to find the best vehicle for the individual. Recently purchased 2012 KIA SOUL from Sean Knapp,and he was excellent. When i came in I was looking to trade in my new ram pickup which was not working well with gas mileage. I traded in my Kia Amanti for a new 2011 Kia Optima and could not have been happier with the "white golve" service that was provided to me by the Hawkinson Kia sales team. Sean Knapp, my sales consultant, really took a great deal of pride in making sure I was happy during and after the transaction. When I arrived, Sean had the car of my choice ready and detailed in the customer viewing area and had the paperwork drawn up before I got there...no needless negotiation back and forth. I have recommended Sean to several friends and 2 have purhased from him. Also, The Service has also been great as I have always had my car cleaned after each oil change free of charge. I could not be happier.

Although I had a new 2010 Mazda 6 in excellent condition with very low miles, I found myself wanting a small SUV. And, while Mazda offered a fantastic deal on their CX-7; I found myself drawn to the Kia Sportage in large part because of the customer service received by the Internet Sales Manager Peggy Araujo at Hawkinson Kia/Nissan. I put my wish list out there on the internet and narrowed the SUVs to three (the Kia Sportage actually being my last choice). Yet, after speaking with Peggy, who seemed sincere (yes, it is possible for a car salesperson to be genuine)so I headed over to Hawkinson Kia/Nissan. Peggy made me feel welcome and went over various options and prices. I test drove the sportage a number of times and couldn't find one thing about it that I didn't like, not one thing. I've owned the other brands (Toyota, Honda, Mazda, etc) and they're all great vehicles. However, not all dealerships provide great customer service. Peggy provided great customer service and exceptional follow-up, via email and through telephone calls. I've owned my Kia Sportage for a year now and Peggy still checks in to ensure all is well with me and my vehicle, there isn't a sales pitch; just go old fashion manners by way of following up. In an age where everything is technology driven --- it's nice to interact with an actual person. Because of Peggys exceptional professional & interpersonal skills and frankness, purchasing another Kia is at the top of my list for my next vehicle and Peggy is the only person I will contact because I know with her I dont have to haggle --- shes going to work for me as well as working to make the sale. How great that she can accomplish both in a manner that is sincere.

I first inquired about a few vehicles over the internet and Peggy was my Internet rep. She was very responsive and answered any questions I had. The experience at Hawkinson Kia was great. Very painless to say the least. I ended up buying a Trailblazer and was completely satisfied. Thank you Peggy for all your hard work. And thank you Hawkinson Kia.

Spoke to Peggy in internet on a vehicle i was inquiring about. Although we decided that our budget would not allow us the car, i had to come on and say how wonderful my experience was with peggy. I recently inquired about a used vehicle over the phone, and Dave was very helpful in setting an appointment for me to see the car. I have had credit issues in the past, so unfoirtunately I have to wait, but I will definitely be asking for Dave when I am ready!
