Although I had a new 2010 Mazda 6 in excellent condition with very low miles, I found myself wanting a small SUV. And, while Mazda offered a fantastic deal on their CX-7; I found myself drawn to the Kia Sportage in large part because of the customer service received by the Internet Sales Manager Peggy Araujo at Hawkinson Kia/Nissan. I put my wish list out there on the internet and narrowed the SUVs to three (the Kia Sportage actually being my last choice). Yet, after speaking with Peggy, who seemed sincere (yes, it is possible for a car salesperson to be genuine)so I headed over to Hawkinson Kia/Nissan. Peggy made me feel welcome and went over various options and prices. I test drove the sportage a number of times and couldn't find one thing about it that I didn't like, not one thing. I've owned the other brands (Toyota, Honda, Mazda, etc) and they're all great vehicles. However, not all dealerships provide great customer service. Peggy provided great customer service and exceptional follow-up, via email and through telephone calls. I've owned my Kia Sportage for a year now and Peggy still checks in to ensure all is well with me and my vehicle, there isn't a sales pitch; just go old fashion manners by way of following up. In an age where everything is technology driven --- it's nice to interact with an actual person. Because of Peggys exceptional professional & interpersonal skills and frankness, purchasing another Kia is at the top of my list for my next vehicle and Peggy is the only person I will contact because I know with her I dont have to haggle --- shes going to work for me as well as working to make the sale. How great that she can accomplish both in a manner that is sincere.

I went on 9/18/2011 to have my car service. I received great service from Hawkinson Kia. Damon informed me that anything that did not need to be service or changed on my car, I would not be charged. Also, when my car was taken in for service, he came to show me what needed to be changed (my filter). Therefore, I did not leave the service department with an outrageous bill.
I was very impressed and I thought this was very nice of him. He demonstrated good integrity of himself and on behalf of the company. This help me to know that the company and Damon CARES about the consumers. Quality and honesty are good characteristics of a car dealership, so keep up the good work.

HATE THE EVERGREEN KIA DEALERSHIP! THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HORRIBLE. I PUT MY KIA IN FOR MINOR SERVICE TOTALING $1600 AND THEY CALLED ME AFTER SERVICE WAS DONE TO MY CAR WITH A BILL OF $2900! I DID NOT CONSENT WITH THEM TO HAVE ALL THIS WORK DONE I HAD TO SET-UP A PAY ARRANGEMENTS WITH THEM TO GET MY CAR OUT FOR 2WEEKS. & THEY THREATENED ME WITH A STORAGE FEE.

AFTER THE CAR WAS PAID IN FULL, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE KEYS WERE LOST.
I WAITED FOR 2HOURS UNTIL JACK IN SERVICE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD TO CUT NEW KEYS FOR ME. ANOTHER HOUSR WENT BY AND THEN JACK INFORMED ME AGAIN THAT THEY WERE CLOSING AND I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT TIL THE NEXT DAY. WHEN I ASKED JACK HOW I WAS GOING TO GET TO WORK, HIS REPLY WAS "WELL HOW HAVE YOU BEEN GETTING TO WORK". WHAT FOOLISHNESS IS THIS. I THEN ASKED FOR A LOANER CAR AND HE SAID THEIR INSURANCE DID NOT ALLOW THEM TO DO SO.

THE MANAGER ON DUTY (11/08 AT 5/6 OCLK) PLACED ME IN A CAR WITH A YOUNGER EMPLOYEE I NEVER MET AND TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO TAKE ME HOME. MY HOME IS APPROXIMATELY 1HR & 15M AWAY FROM THE EVERGREEN KIA. I WAS IN THE CAR WITH A STRANGER!! LUCKILY THE YOUNGER EMPLOYEE WAS VERY KIND TO ME & I THANKED HIM FOR HIS ESCORTING SERVICE.

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS KIA. I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH THE HAWKINSON KIA WHICH SERVICE MY CAR ALWAYS. THEY ALWAYS ARE CORDIAL AND POLITE WHENEVER I COME. THANKS ANTHONY, I WILL SEE YOU SOON.

Talked with Nick Brotsch at Hawkisno Kia a couple of days ago he was kind and curtious on the phone and spoke like he knew what he was talking about. I quickly made an appointment to come see him in a few days. When we got there Nick was working with another customer but never neglected us at all. He took care of his other customers and us in a timely fashion. The dealership was very busy last nite and he never let us just sit there, even tho he had other customers. Nick is a very hard worker and very skilled at what he does. He found us a 06 Nissan Sentra right away there was no problems with the vehicle and we fell in love with it immediately. We will recommend Hawkinson Kia and Nick Brotsch whenever possible.

We just purchased a 2011 Kia Sedona. This is actually our 2nd Kia. We were actually looking for a used minivan that would fit into our budget. My first experience with Hawkinson Kia was a very pleasant one. My salesperson was Sean Knapp. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in, the Soul. The biggest reason I would definitely come back is the service that was provided to me. I didn't have to wait long, and I never once felt any pressure from Sean in purchasing my vehicle. I very much appreciated that as well as him not trying to "up sell" things of no use to me.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service received at Hawkinson Kia. We contacted the dealership on the Internet and corresponded with Peggy. She promptly greeted us when we got to the dealership. I wanted to send a message concerning a recent vehicle purchase my wife and I made. We were greeted and attended to by Nick Brotsch. Purchasing a car is not something anyone really looks forward to they are expensive when you leave the lot the car loses value immediately. However Nick was extremely professional, answered all our questions and made the experience much more pleasant than it normally would have been. There was no pressure or games played to make us uncomfortable and I would not hesitate to send friends or relatives to your dealership in the future. Nick went through all vehicle with us and followed up with calls to make sure everything was OK. He was one of the best salesman I have dealt with in my thirty years of buying cars. I think you need to do your best to hang onto him If I have any problems or question I feel I can call and get a straight answer from Nick and I will be taken care of properly.

I have only had one problem with my car but other than that Kia is great. Over all I am satisfied with my car. The service department at Hawkinson Kia is great and they are very nice. Nick R. is a great salesman at Hawkinson Kia. We went to several other dealers in the Auto Mart area today. We were very pressured at one, told by another that they had nothing in our price range and to have a nice day and completely ignored at yet another. We got to Hawkinson and Nick R. came right out to greet us. We told him what we were looking for, gave him our budget and let him do his job. We test drove 3 different cars, all in the perfect price range and we purchased one of those vehicles. We were not pressured in any way to make an immediate sale, there was minimal back and forth negotiating and we completed all the paperwork immediately after we decided to purchase the vehicle. I will definitely refer and recommend this dealer and especially Nick R. to my friends and family. They listened to what we wanted and worked to make the car we chose fit into our budget.
